Disappointed with the Experience
My mom recently purchased a car from this dealership, and unfortunately, it has been a frustrating experience. The vehicle came with a built-in TV that doesn’t even work, which we weren't told about prior to buying. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of transparency. On top of that, it feels like the staff isn’t fully familiar with the features or condition of the cars in their own inventory. We expected more thorough knowledge and honesty.

Buying a truck from Tito's auto sale was the best choice. They made the process easy! I went in looking for a truck and drove away with the perfect truck at a great deal. I would definitely be a return buyer.

They went above,beyond and stayed way late to make sure we got what we wanted before we left. Alex and his team and amazing a little patience and hard work and we were on our way. 👏

Bought a1996  Mazda B4000 on September 2024 with 180000 miles.
Drove 3 times from El Paso Texas to Midland without any issues, feel engine very strong and dependable.

My son purchased a vehicle from here and he put $3k down and 3 weeks later they took the car back and kept the money all because he didn't do the survey.  I talked to them myself and they were very rude. I don't recommend them to anybody. Leo was the one that was very rude. I'm about to get a lawyer for my son because this is not right. And they tried fighting my son very unprofessional. And they even tried keeping my grandson carseat because my son got upset and threw the keys because they were throwing his property out the car .
