This is a very heavy, good quality futon with a queen size mattress that was upgraded to a thicker comfortable mattress, and the cover was also upgraded to a quality mattress that can be removed and washed. The wood is of oak and mission style. This futon was rarely used as it was in the guest room. It is very, very comfortable to sit or sleep on. It isbeautiful.. Will require two people to move it because it is very heavy and a truck . Price is firm. We paid over $600 for this so it is going to be firm on the price. You are getting good quality.
