Just bought this and unpacked today 10/16/21. It's a little hard on the knees for a 6ft man (me) because of the unadjustable leg placement, so I'm a little disappointed. It should work a lot better for someone who is like 5'5. It targets your glutes. They are $150 new. Look it up.
