French 18th Cent. Directoire Walnut Full Size Bed Headboard Footboard & Side Rails, MB623 Unique and lovely French walnut full-size bed, with Headboard and footboard having brass inlay, the footboard has brass inlay on both sides. It includes the side rails that have long 10” screws to attach footboard and headboard, very easily. Overall, this bed has sound structural rigidity and has been in my possession for over 50 years and the last 35 have been in storage in air-conditioned space. In terms of condition, there is a loss of small piece of veneer, The upper right corner of the headboard has a minor cracked opening (not affecting the functionality at all), and some scratches. This bed is in very good condition considering it is over 200 years old. The Directoire period was from 1(contact info removed).
