In most cases you may have already installed Windows and you just need me to give you the key. You must buy the tool for me to give you the key. The tool is a bootable original Microsoft ISO for Windows Home or Pro. This is made to be used on new installations of Windows. There is no license on the tool. Part of the reason you see me in person is that you get to see Windows activate on the spot. Activation is guaranteed or you pay nothing. Once you buy the tool, then if you come to see me again for an activation the price will go down by $10 because you will not need another tool.
