Couldn't have asked for a better afternoon of car shopping. Juan, ANF salesman, was honest and cared. After a recent accident totaled our Ford Flex, we went looking and found one on the lot. Speaking with Juan about it and his first concerm was making sure we were okay. The sale went flawless and we left satisfied with the deal we were given. Looked online and saw the car I had been searching for at ANF Auto and reached out through the website.. Juan contacted me pretty quickly to tell me about the car and features and to answer any questions I had.. I told him I would try to make it when I could, honestly with no real intentions on going since it was about an hour away from me.. I kept looking online for the car I was interested in and couldn’t find a better price, so I messaged Juan again to say I was gonna attempt a trip there and he said come on!! Ended up test driving the car I looked at , they ran the credit and game me some options for financing, although it was a little more than I anticipated on putting down they were able to keep me in my range of down payment and monthly payments that I needed… over all I was pretty happy with my purchase, so happy… bought a SUV for the wife too while I was there!! And they handled it all there seamlessly !! Thanks Juan and ANF for taking care of me and my wife’s care needs!!

I purchased a 2014 ram 1500 Laramie from them right off the lot been having issues i had to take it back to them at-least 5 times to get the check engine light issue resolved and it never got resolved during the purchase while i was trying to talk to mr Oday and do business with him he kept walking off and talking to other customers constantly going outside for smoke breaks i thought it was very rude and unprofessional i put 6000$ down on a this truck while mr oday was doing all that talking to other customers and taking  numerous smoke breaks the only time it seemed like he actually cared was when it was time to pay he had no problem counting out all those 100$ bills while ripping people off ima just he honest take your money and business els where these people do rip people off on the daily i can tell u the times i went in to get my check engine light fixed I witnessed multiple people in there complaining about there cars they bought from them even hearing one of the sales man saying im not screwing u over then seeing him and sum other worker laughing about it my truck is now completely undriveable due to the poor conditon they sold it to me in i owe over 14k on a truck i cannot drive i havent had it in one year and still paying on it i have had a mechanic personal state ment plus repairs bills listen the cars they have on there lot look nice but they do not run very good its all like a illusion these people while screw you over n rip u off and they do try n hide and avoid problems that needed attention so PLZ DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE THIS IS A HONEST REVIEW

I got a car from here around January I found a beautiful wrx i thought it had no problem at all, I got to drive it for 3 months before it broke down I have no help from them and I’m stuck paying a car that I can’t drive there is no way I can get out of this deal with this car. I literally didn’t even drive it past 20k miles I been fighting with the financial bank as well I don’t recommend west lake!!!!! Don’t sign for a car here I’m stuck by contract I been getting to work by metro for months now!! And I’m looking at a 8k dollar engine repair. They advertise the car to me with no problems just for it to break 3 months later
