I've been looking for the right truck for quite awhile. On Labor day I booted up my pc and this one landed front and center on my screen. I called and talked to Allyson who was amazing and helpful and made an appointment for later that day. Big Country, Shay, and Zeke (and everyone else) took care of everything. I was out the door with my truck in just a couple of hours. This group is so much fun to watch and interact with I almost forgot I was buying a car. I went into the dealership to just talk about my options since my previous Jeep was 10 years old and probably ready to retire. Met with a sales woman named Yari and she totally killed it. Due to her very relaxed and non pressured attitude, I was able to leave with a brand new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and I couldn’t be happier. Found this BMW online today and decided to take a trip down to the dealership. I was helped by Andy Turner and I have to say this may have been one of my best car buying experiences. He listened to what I wanted and how I wanted to do it. And that’s exactly how the deal went. He never tried pressuring me into buying the car. Obviously he offered products the dealer offers but never tried to make me feel as I had to accept. Highly recommend Andy. Big thanks to Zeke in Finance for knocking out my paperwork quickly.

We have been customers of this establishment since they opened. However, never again! We had our 2 year old Jeep towed to this dealership on Monday night.  The following day, we were informed of the issue and told it's not covered under warranty - we were 2k miles out of warranty.
From Wednesday through the following Monday, we called no less than 3 times a day (including Saturday) begging for information about our vehicle. Each call was answered by a call center because everyone at the dealership was "too busy." For days, we received no return calls. After a week, we drove to the dealership and demanded our car back. Low and behold, it's done but they broke our rear view mirror.  Here's the kicker...see the photo I took when we arrived? No customers and employees are sitting around playing on there phones!

Matt(Country), Joe and Hugo are great guys. Took care of me, got me into basically a brand new truck for an awesome price! Best and quickest experience I have had to date purchasing a vehicle. A Pre-owned Bighorn with only 40 miles on it. I practically stole this thing!
