Selling a 24-inch bathroom vanity unit ready for pickup! Item Details: Size: 24 inches width. Condition: Uninstalled and ready for immediate pickup/delivery. Faucet/Tap: Sink faucet is not included. Important Notes (Shown in Photos): Custom Drawer Cutout: The interior of the drawer has a small custom cutout to allow clearance for the main water shut-off valve/plumbing key. Without this adjustment, the drawer would not close completely in my bathroom. Sink Condition: The sink has a small chip that has been sealed with white silicone, making it practically unnoticeable when installed. Clear photos showing both the chip with and without the silicone filler are included for full transparency.
