Futon easily folds down into a full sized bed and you can vary the angle of backrest as a couch. The cover has a few rips and stains from normal wear and tear but can be swapped for a new cover (IKEA sells new covers for $49-$99 but you can get a cover for $20 on Amazon). Mattress itself is unblemished and in great condition. Must come pick pick up, but will assist with loading
