Perfect for small kids/teen room. Hard to find this size sofa sleeper. Upholstery in excellent condition ( always been covered) but currently only using as sofa. The armrest bolts were damaged when my teen boy fell on it. I believe it’s possible to replace bolts from Ace Hardware but not sure. The armrest are needed to support the bottom half of the bed when using as sleeper bed. Bought it for $200, only asking $50 due to repair needed for sleeper bed.
