Description

96 Mountain Air 36ft 460 7.5L gas engine with low mileage in excellent condition and well maintained transmission as well all papers for the unit are available from last emissions to all the appliances. The paint has sun damage and needs some TLC. This is a very reliable unit to travel or live in. Generator needs servicing was working fine when parked a few years ago low voltage systems and high voltage systems working fine batteries would need replacement for that 50amp power cord hook up for testing available. Unit has been replaced with a new fuel system and is ready for emissions. Dual A/C units work fine, domestic electric or propane refrigerator in working condition, stove and oven as well and microwave. It has minor scratches and damage but is well kept for the age used this unit to travel to art shows and display my work, pulling a trailer with ease. Air ride system makes travel very comfortable.
