This place was absolutely amazing. I was actually test driving a vehicle from another lot which I had a terrible experience and thought to try this place out instead. First of all, Thank you Scott! I purchased a car at In House Finance 2 years ago, I loved my car! It gave me zero issues,  it was the best. Unfortunately I totaled it Christmas Eve. I contacted them to let them know it had been totaled and once the insurance company did their stuff I would definitely be back. Ludy kept in touch with me, i had 3 cars picked out, she held those 3 for me for almost a month. Well today was the day. They finally received my Insurance check. Ludy called me and said great news, we got the check. She asked if I could come in today, I said of course! I got down there, they were a little busy, I drove the cars and made my decision.  Since it was so busy she told me to take the car and drive around and she would call me when the paperwork was ready. While out driving around,  I discovered the low beams didn't work. At that moment Ludy called and said everything was ready. I let her know about the headlights,  she said no problem, I will have them fixed. I got back to the dealership,  they pulled my car into the shop and all it needed was new bulbs. Thank  you!! Building a great relationship with your clients, it's what everyone business needs. These people go above and beyond to make their customers process smoothly.  From 2 years ago till now, no issues with them. They have been wonderful throughout my being in the hospital and was unsure if I could make that payment, throughout this process of waiting with me for the Insurance company.  I have alot of emotions typing this. I can't put everything i to words. I want to give Scott,  Ludy, and the mechanic my biggest THANK YOU!

Customer service was exceptional. Ludy and Scott were pleasant to work with and I felt like I was well taken care of. I bought my dream vehicle at a great price. Thanks so much for everything!
