Vanity and mirror are brand new, they are already assembled, but I never used them. There is one paint scuff on one of the vanity top drawers(occurred during shipping.) but it is barely noticeable. I'm just trying to get what I paid for, I paid 300 for the vanity and 150 for the mirror. PRICE IS FIRM!!
