We had been looking for a Mercedes GLS 450. We live in Northwest Arkansas and the selection was slim. We found our new one here at Dart. They made the buying process easy and well worth the 5 hour drive. Everyone was friendly and courteous at the dealership and the car was exactly like advertised. Best of all we were in and out of the dealership quickly as the tag was on the car and the paperwork was ready. We highly recommend!

When an associate from Dart Auto text me and ask me if I'm coming in I decide to give them my time and I asked about a specific van and I have to make an appointment for it so I make the appointment and then the next day I let them know that we're on our way and the owner is running late and then I get there and I don't see the van and then I messaged the associate Jesse and I said I don't see the van and then he says oh yeah I just checked with the owner and it's still there so we wait 15 minutes for the owner to get there to find out that it's actually not there it was sold and it is so hard for me to get out to look at a car because obviously I don't have a car and I was in the middle of being slammed today as a small business for orders due tomorrow but we stopped everything to take this long ass drive and they must have done this bait and switch b******* on me or at least they tried and so we got all the way up here and every single dealership is closed and completely wasted a trip and interrupted my whole day because the owner and the associate could not communicate properly now if the associate is messaging the owner to make sure that he's going to the shop you would think that he would also make sure that the exact van that I'm looking for is going to actually be there so I do not feel bad about leaving a one star y'all need to get your communication together Either that or don't try and rip off a woman And play her.

Don’t buy a car in this place. I promise you will regret it if you do. Even their neighbors across the street can testify. We just got an audi q5 from them and while still at the dealership, car issues began (yes just right at their dealership). There was a pending check engine light that was cleared by them but later came back on after we left the dealership. We called and they refused to take care of it. I was gonna call a lawyer and the financing bank but my younger brother who bought the car did not want to deal with it and decided to spend almost $900 the next day after buying the vehicle. He is active duty military and was due for deployment. So I let him handle it the way he wants. promise you guys this is not a good dealer. Trust me. Find another dealership. This is not the one

We are so grateful to have found Dwayne! My son's vehicle was a total loss due to another driver hitting him and we had to hurry and find a new vehicle. We found the vehicle we wanted for my son at this dealer and had to drive an hour to get to the place. Dwayne waited for us even as it was 10min to close, he never pressured us into buying the vehicle, he let us test drive it, answered questions that we had about the vehicle and helped us get the deal done and even stayed after closing time so we could take it home the same day. We found many vehicles similar to the one we bought here for less at other dealerships BUT this dealership offered the CarFAX free and immediately available on their website and to me that his 100% honesty and a huge plus. That is one of the main reasons I chose to go to them before we met Dwayne. My son is loving his new vehicle and that stress has been resolved. Thank you to everyone for helping us get this taken care of.
