NEED SOLD ASAP 2 piece Modular couch in Great condition. PICK UP ONLY from Extra Storage Space on Halsted. It's wrapped up for safe move. There is an elevator, ramp, and carts available for easy pick up. Originally purchased for $1,200 From The Furniture Store on Milwaukee. Comfort: 9/10 since I had it for 1.5yr VERY comfortable & soft. Dimensions: 40inch wide Long piece: 61in vertical Color:10/10 very neutral It's actually really stain resistant to be gray, I've had no issues with removing small marks. Kept it in good condition no scratches from pets Super easy to move around. Reason for selling: I'm moving and it can't come with me otherwise I would't get rid of her:( but think it's a really great fit for someone who lives in a studio or has a small living room/reading room.
