I have a samsung galaxy A12 that I bought from Amazon that is a factory refurbished phone but I can't use it due to it's network locked to At&t...and I have Verizon....instead of Amazon having me return the phone they just have me a refund and told me to keep the phone but I can't use it so I might as well sell it to someone who have at&t..phone works good and in really good condition
