I saw an ad for Cadillac at this car lot. I had been looking at ads for a while. I thought what the heck, I always wanted a Cadillac. Took a test drive and said I would think about it.

Nothing else I saw in the next couple hours compared.
After looking around a little more I gave Alyssa a call. I made an offer, it was accepted, and I was driving the Caddie home a couple of hours later. Throughout the entire process they never made me feel any pressure or play any games. Very straight forward.
A couple of days later, I noticed that the gear shifter was really difficult to get into gear. I called them and the next day they came and picked it up. They fixed the problem and never made me seem like I was a pain in the butt.

Bought a 2004 Lexus RX 330, And within 2 weeks time the power steering has begun to act up, driver side rear lights stopped working, on top of having to replace oil, filter, and air filters. They did nothing in the way of maintenance or upkeep on this vehicle and sold it knowing it had issues, which weren't brought up in any way. Do not go to these people. They'll simply let you suffer without a single word of warning.

I would not recommend this place. They’re very unprofessional. I went in to purchase a Tesla. My credit wasn’t that good but they led me to believe that I was going to qualify so I put down a $500 deposit. Logan and Alyssa led me to believe that they were going to find me a lender to finance the vehicle But instead, when I left, they ran my application, knowing that I wasn’t gonna qualify, but still kept the money when I came in today. They told me the news that I didn’t qualify me. Wait for hours for an Already knowing the answer so now I’m out $500 luckily, I went to another place and got qualified for a car that was the same price As the Tesla, these people are crooks do not Do any Business with them! When I contacted them about giving me a refund, even though they didn’t find me a lender They continue to brush me off, as if they didn’t care that they basically stole my money

Logan was great to work with. We were looking for a replacement car after an accident and were able to get a fair price given what we'd received from insurance. Bare minimum dealership fees unlike the big dealerships. Thanks for a great experience!
