I had an AMAZING experience with Car Co! Firstly, you have to understand what an as-is sale is. They have all sorts of cars to choose from, and everyone is so helpful! I bought my car in February. My husband and I had to bring our 2 year old boy. They were so nice and patient with us and really got us in and out, no hassle. We walked out with a car we were happy with and were aware this was an as-is sale. Now, in June, the car is having some issues with overheating when the AC is on. We figured out the issue, called Car Co, and they offered to fix the car as long as we purchase the parts (mainly because it’s an easy fix). THAT’S how you help a customer. THAT’s how you keep a customer. We will absolutely be back in the future. Thank you!
