Authentic Native American Ceremony Dress & Bag - Hand-Stitch Beaded Leather Hide

$1000 for both dress & pouch OBO. Native American Sunrise Ceremony Dress. Beaded and decorated leather hide, hand-stitched dress with beaded pouch. All hand sewn and hand-cut fringe. (Please note that the dress and pouch are sold together) Came from Florida around 1960s from a woman who had worked with her grandmother to hand-stitch and craft this dress for her coming-of-age ceremony. She was pen-pals with my grandmother who had bought these pieces from her because the woman was looking for a way to pay for college tuition. Heavy dress with added beads and decoration gives this piece of clothing lots of jingle. This was WORN for her ceremony and has dirt/wear from her dancing and enjoyment of the event. Please understand that this will not be washed/restored to original condition as this is an antique, fragile piece.
