This is a lot of 38 pieces of the ORIGINAL Mikasa Gourmet Basics Poppy Stoneware, not the Pfaltzgraff copy. These fetch pretty good money per piece if you are willing to part them out on auction sites. There is a total of 5 complete place settings(6 if you count the chipped bowl. If you only need 4 then you would have a nice amount of backup pieces for breakage. Includes: 8 large plates, 8 salad plates, 6 bowls(1 chipped), 7 cups, 8 saucers. Some light surface rub marks on some pieces. I love this set but my girlfriend bought a new one so my stoneware must go. Enjoy!!
