I have been looking for my dream Jeep for several months when I finally found “the one” at Top Notch Auto in Temecula. I submitted an interest memo and received an email right away. The salesman Mike was very nice (not pushy at all) and said I can come in anytime to test drive it. I told him I would come the next day. When my husband and I showed up the Jeep was parked our front ready for our arrival. It looked like they just detailed it, it was shining! We walked in and they handed us the keys for a test drive. I fell in love and we put a hold on it while we secured a loan in OC. Josh helped us and answered all of our questions about the loan process. The Jeep is a 2011 so we chose to have a pre-purchase inspection and they took it to the mechanic shop of our choice. They even topped off the engine oil when it was returned. When we came back to complete the paperwork Mike was very organized and thorough. I left in my Jeep in less than an hour. I have never had an experience like this when purchasing a car. I am so impressed and happy that I found “the one” at this dealership. Top Notch Auto is exactly that, TOP NOTCH! Thank you guys for being the best in the business!

Outstanding experience with all the staff at the dealership!! Josh, Naryssa and Mike were friendly, beyond helpful, transparent w/ information and all had great communication. Gave us a good amount for our trade in and great price for the car we were purchasing. When we were looking at the car we noticed something w/ the bumper, they asked if we could bring the car back the next day for them to fix it. Brought it back and while Josh took the car back to the auto shop I was able to sit in the lobby and chat with Naryssa, she was warm, extremely welcoming and it was like talking to a long time friend. When Josh came back w/ the car he stated he wasn't happy w/ how it looked and asked if we could bring it back for their body shop guy to fix the initial concern, but then also said he noticed a couple other things and stated he wanted to have them fixed as well, my husband and I hadn't even noticed those concerns. Dropped it off for the day and came back later to the car fixed and looking awesome!! We were running late to pick it up and would get there after closing and they said 'no problem, we will be here'. These great team members went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend Top Notch Auto, and when we are in the market for another car we will definitely be going back!!
