While I wasn’t a direct customer who purchased I wanted to share my experiences. I own and operate two credit repair companies locally. My clients were looking to purchase a new vehicle. I care about each of my clients and since I gave them the green light to purchase a vehicle I wanted to call ahead and explain their credit situations and ensure it was a smooth transaction. I got the privilege of talking to Carlos. Carlos was extremely helpful in answering my questions and concerns. Since my client purchased her trade in vehicle here they could see everything. I am very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. Not to mention his willingness to help my clients. I will definitely recommend Carlos for all of my clients

TOP TIER CREW HERE! I have purchased a number of vehicles in my lifetime and this is by far the best experience so far. All of the staff was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for me. Carlos and Anthony specifically were the main gentlemen who handled my transaction but the entire team was so friendly and helpful. No BS - just an overall great purchase experience without unnecessary upsells or gross "salesy" tactics. Highly recommend! Wide variety of auto brands including many luxury vehicles inside the showroom. And I can't post without mentioning the super fun vintage Mitsubishi work truck on display!

I've been to Gladstone Mitsubishi multiple times and have reached out multiple times for various things. In chronological order:

2018 - Purchased a new Mirage and was dealing with someone named Justin. Some hiccups, but fine.

2020 - came off of a fresh BK and bought a Mirage G4. I think the salesman was Alex and Deborah in finance at the time. The experience was fine but didn't appreciate being bombarded with mailers and emails prior to buying a car. Also the paint on the BRAND NEW g4 looked like it was washed with sandpaper. They never really communicated to help with paint corrections but whatev. Ultimately didn't keep that car because of the uncertainty of the economy.

2021 and 2023 - the service side was iffy, with being clearly overcharged for oil changes and having my car misdiagnosed and almost spent more money than necessary.

2024 - reached out a couple times to Brandon about getting a new car since I was relying on Lyft rentals at the time. Got approved a few times - once for an Outlander but it wouldn't work for my needs, and another time on either an Optima with theft history and a base model Fiesta, neither of which would have worked out for me. To be completely honest, and at no fault of finance at all, I was frustrated with the lack of choice I had at the time. I went with a different dealership entirely and got a car I wanted that would work with the financing at the time.

2025 - my situation has changed yet again and I am currently in the early stages of what I can accomplish. I have an EV that isn't working out for me in the long run. A manager reached out to me and assured that they won't waste my time. So I will see what my trade is worth and if I can realistically get out of it for a car that will work. So far the interaction is good but I will adjust my review as things move forward. Jason has been friendly and this review is preemptive, but it seems to be an improvement over past experiences.

I’ve purchased maybe 8 cars in my lifetime and this lil Mitsubishi off Gladstone was truly my best experience!

I casually put in an inquiry not thinking much of it and Lance was prompt in getting back to me in such a no pressure way. Now, I don’t know how common this is, but he let me test drive at my home and drove the car to me! He informed me all the little quirks of driving an EV and even pointed out the dings of the used car so that I wouldn’t be surprised!

Lance was informative and felt like I was just hanging out with a friend - I forgot I was buying!

I had some issues installing a charger and his supervisor, Matt, sent me THREE electrician’s numbers! He did my payment estimates via text and also we exchanged a few short low pressure calls. I had a very short window to pick up the car and he gathered my info remotely, so when I arrived, the paperwork was ready and I was on the road in 20 minutes!

Brandon in finance was informative and not pushy and had some great stories as well.

I can’t do enough for thank them for the EASIEST, MOST CONVENIENT buying experience I’ve had in a long time!
