Stamina In Motion E3000 Compact Strider Bought after surgery to try to rebuild muscle and help with therapy but unfortunately I don’t have the core strength to use it. Practically new. Only tested it out a few times but my old out of shape body was too off balance to keep moving legs… and forget about the bands. 🤣 I couldn’t even do the first part. Retails new for $122-149 depending on what store. I’m sure someone younger, in better shape, without hip and knee problems, would have no issues with using this. Ellipticals are supposed to be much better on the joints than jogging but right now I’ll just focus on trying to walk lol. I will say that the stride length is or should I say height, is shorter than normal full size ellipticals at let’s say, an athletic club. I think that may be because it is supposed to be a 2 in one machine… stand or sit using it and I think it can’t be too high or else you’ll hit your knees on the desk if you’re doing at work. To be honest I haven’t tried it sitting down because I have a mini under desk bike that I too noticed shorter in height rotations. Also, I don’t have a good chair to try it on; I tried using bike while sitting on the couch and it didn’t work out for me so I’m going to try sell that also! When I first got it I tried to do on hardwood and the back and forth motion kinda made the flat portion of bottom wobble a bit. It was much better on the carpet, but the base is still very small because of the compact nature of product so I can see someone who is fit and really going full force cardio fat burn level, that it might rock slightly from side to side but not enough to be unsafe and have it tip over. It has a resistance knob in front to make harder but I kept it off and the resistance bands attached are for if you’re going for a truly full body workout to do arms too. I thought it was going to perfect for what I needed and wanted it for but since I have no balance and vertigo, it wasn’t something I was able to use at all. Since it wasn’t used it is still in amazing condition and it deserves to be used. Cool little workout machine. It is not a full size professional machine, it is a mini strider but pretty sturdy and smooth for what it is supposed to be. Not good at explaining the technical aspects of any exercise equipment or workouts but I’ll post screenshots of what the manufacturer describes. Depending on day could do pickup or meet up in stanwood or camano area as well.
