PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION!!! This is a 2019 Hofner Contemporary (HCT) 500/1 bass. It was bought new in June of 2020 and has been heavily customized to look like a certain someone’s Hofner! The scratches and dents and “relic” work is real. The binding on the neck was covered using a combination of brown vinyl tape and brown paint. It’s also got real German parts such as the tuners, the truss rod cover, the tail piece and the control plate with the 250k pots. The plate was also customized to look like McCartney’s. Having owned several Hofners, I can confidently say that this Hofner sounds just as good as a German bass when plugged in. It’s got authentic Hofner strings installed, too. No pickguard, as this bass was bought specifically to experimented on. This will be sold as is. NO STRAP INCLUDED!! The gigbag will be included!! Pickup is in Azusa ONLY!!! NO DELIVERIES OR MEETUPS HALFWAY!!!!! NO TRADES OR LOWBALLS!!!! Thanks for looking!!!!
