Description

100% EVERYTHING works in this camper. AC will freeze you out of the camper. AC unit requires 30 amp service to operate. Propane heater blows hot. Fridge is both 12v to operate when in transit and 120v when set up at campsite. It functions both ways. All propane burners work on external stove. Cold water hook up. Sink and drain works. All external and interior lights and outlets work. Camper has a 8 gallon water tank, that we have never used. Condition is unknown. Everything on the interior is still original. Mattresses, blinds, curtains...etc. There are a few exterior water stains on the slide out areas. All the zip windows have a insulated insert that can be added for cold weather camping. Camper opens and closes as it should. No issues. New Tires and new grease-able wheel hubs. New plastic corner for the top shell of the camper. Please make a offer before requesting to view camper. I don't want to open the camper up a 100 times. Thank you.
