Like to give a shout out to Brian, Eddie, Alex, and Zain for their patience and knowledge when it came to acquiring a car. I traded in my Lancer ES for a is300. It was a long 4 day process but it all turned out great. I would highly recommend them when purchasing a vehicle that suits you. 10/10 in my books.

I needed to purchase a car for my daughter I was having a hard time finding a used reliable vehicle anywhere until I found Ark motors. I was unable to physically see the car as I do not live in Florida. The team at Ark motors put the vehicle on a lift sent me pictures and video from every aspect I requested and answered every question i had in a timely manner. The  representative that met with my mother and my daughter was on time and professional, even though I wasn’t buying the most expensive car on the lot, they treated my family like we were royalty. I would definitely purchase a car from ark motors again and I recommend anyone looking for a reliable car do the same. I really appreciate how easy you made it.

They sold me an awesome and good looking car. Went there to get a different car but wasn’t able to get approved but they got me into a different vehicle and for a good price. Included warranty and gap insurance into the price and really helped me get into a good and reliable car. If anyone is thinking about shopping here. I highly recommend that you do.

These guys were straight forward and got me into the car I wanted and it was a pain free exercise. No titling BS like the last pathetic dealer I dealt with. Follow-up communication was great. I’d recommend you give this place a chance to earn your business.

I would think carefully about buying a car from here. I should have read more reviews and done some homework. They sold me a car with a non-working horn (which is illegal in FL), no spare tire and other hidden problems. Two weeks after purchasing the car, my left rear shock detached from my car at the bottom!!! The sales rep was fairly helpful answering some questions initially, but please consider looking elsewhere if you want to buy a car without lots of hidden problems like mine had (too many to list). I should have had a mechanic look it over first. Live and learn and pay the price later. (Just had to pay a mechanic $180 yesterday for only one of the fixes.....)
