This was honestly the easiest transaction I’ve ever had when dealing with a carr dealership! I called on a Thursday and spoke with Ramon, explained that I was pre approved with my bank and I saw a vehicle online that I was looking for and wanted to trade my current vehicle. However, I was driving from Jax, Fl, and really didn’t want to put anymore miles on my current. I wanted to drive down and leave with the vehicle I wanted. Well, Mr. Ramon made exactly THAT happen! I reached out to my bank, gave the information needed for VIP and on Saturday, within an hour might I add, I had test driven and walked off the lot with my new upgrade! Albert was professional, helpful, and answered my questions. Being out of state, I wanted to drive the vehicle back but would had to pay FL and MS taxes on it. So I drives down with an auto transport to tow the minivan back.

Minivan was recently serviced and professional cleaned. Also, I felt the price was fair.  Will recommend and do business with Albert again.

I purchased a handicap van from Albert about a year ago and did so over the internet site unseen. I've never seen any vehicle with so many fluid leaks in all my life. Oil was definitely dripping bad, the master cylinder gasket also needed replacing. Sorry to say that I would not use this dealership again.

I Purchased a beautiful black 2014 GMC Savana accessible conversion van with the under vehicle lift (UVL) From VIP Auto Group and I was pleased with the vehicle and service I received... (He even sent me a video of the van!)...The test drive went great, the service was wonderful and I drove it from Florida all the way to my home in Louisiana and the van performed beautifully.
