I have two of these sitting around. I don't use them.. One of them has a lock with 2 keys and the other doesn't have the lock but you can buy one that fits from anywhere. These bars slide over the outboard lock spindles (handles) to prevent thieves from loosening the mounting bracket off the transom and stealing your motor. Sells new at West Marine for $30 and a similar one sells on Amazon for $22 I'm selling each for $10 or both for only $15. Excellent condition.
