Nice sturdy A/C from GE, Model No. AEH08LQQ2, 8,000 BTU 108 EER. Comes with a remote. Used in a clean home, filter kept clean, and cleaned thoroughly before listing. Neutral smell/no odor, runs quiet, very cold, should be nice and reliable. Some tape residue on the mounting frame, some sun bleaching on the plastic components, but otherwise outstanding condition, functional well. Powerful enough to cool a large room. I used to it cool the entire second floor of my home.
