I just bought it a little over a yr ago. When I bought it from the previous owner he told me he had just put new vinyl on the outside you can tell it has no leaks, no rips and no mildew. The water tank is good the pipes to the sink work. The 2 burner eyes work but need a new propane tank. The power inverter works or can run off a car battery. I hate to sell but me and my husband are trying to get a bigger place for us and our two youngest sons and this will help the down payment. So $700 or best offer. I only have the bill of sell from previous owner and was told I had to get it tagged to do that you have to get a bonded title like 140 then the tag which is cheap.
