Description

his printer is in good cosmetic condition. When the printer ran low on Yellow Turner an error message for replacement started to appear on the screen. We purchased the turner and upon replacement, the yellow turned message disappeared and a new one appeared around replacing the Drum. We replaced the Drum and all the error messages disappeared BUT the printer did print on any color. It behaved as if it was printing. We try troubleshooting to the best of our abilities without luck. Our family is heavily dependent on printing for work on a school project, so we had to ultimately buy a new one. What the printer has may be something stupid that we were not able to solve. At the very least the scanner works, or it can be used for parts. Please note that we ARE NOT INCLUDING the new drums and tuner we purchased. I am selling separately if you are interested.
