Couch and Loveseat for Man-Cave or She-Shed!

Bought at Old Cannery about 7 or 8 years ago. Mechanically, everything works great. There are some signs of wear and tear. Specifically on the love seat, the bottom right hand corner was chewed on and then repaired and then chewed on again by the dog whose tail you see in the picture. The couch has seen the most wear on the left and right hand seats of the couch as they're most frequently sat on, and there's a hole starting to appear in the upholstery on the left as seen in the picture. Also in that image is a small spot that might be hot glue or super glue because it's un-cleanable, but the size of a dime or so. We've taken care of it and always tried to keep it clean. We are replacing it soon and need it gone. OBO
