RUN!!!!! HOLY COW. BE CAREFUL!!! Purchased the car 9.1 and by the 13th I had to pay $2300 for tires (gouged)and an AC compressor. All of which would have been covered under the 15 day lemon law "implied warranty". As of the 30th it is NOT SAFE to even drive and needs another $300 repair. I emailed Prime (same email I sent other documents they received)asking for the bill of sale documents so I could review the implied warranty. This was 9.10. Since I paid for it in cash I didn't think this would be an issue. Never responded to my email. I sent texts...no responses. I called and actually spoke with Z 9.4 and 9.5...never received anything. Gave up. I figured this was another one of "those places". All of this was told to Mazen on 9.22.25 when I came to pick up my temp registration. Conveniently he said he never received my email wanting the sales documents. I told him right then in the office I was beyond disappointed and all the issues I had already. I was very upset because I felt taken advantage of and then when he kept saying I was making him "upset" with what I was telling him I got a little defensive. I have no idea how he meant that and I was alone in that moment. I spent $9k on this car with an expectation it would at least work properly for a week! Why is he upset?! He said he wanted to make it right and let him know if there are any more issues. I said ok. According to Mazen their mechanic looks over all the vehicles before they are sold, but the motor oil was black in it which shows they didn't even do an oil change before selling it. This is concerning to me. Within a week of replacing the compressor it was shutting off and blowing hot. My mechanic warranties his work and I brought it back. All signs pointed to a faulty part which can happen sometimes and he changed it FOR FREE. IT HAPPENED AGAIN!! Now I called Mazen and email them a list of stuff that is wrong with it. Set up an appt for 10.2 with his mechanic. 9.30 it's making a squealing noise. 10.1 it gets worse. This is the only vehicle I have to transport my 3 little kids! This is getting worrisome. I asked the Ford mechanics to look at it. I notice the battery is really swollen and really hot. $124 to replace because that is dangerous. Since the battery was so swollen I had the alternator tested. It should be putting out 175-200 amps of power...mine is only putting put 14 amp!!! The fact the car was still working was a miracle! The steering, transmission, brakes, AC COMPRESSOR ...everything is power in these cars and if the alternator goes it can drain the battery in 5 minutes or overcharge the battery and cause it to fry everything. I text Mazen and said it was not able to be driven safely. He called me and wanted me to have it towed to him through my insurance and implied my mechanics didn't know anything, etc. When I said I was not comfortable with his mechanic looking at it he got very offended and I was done. I told him I was offended with his tone. Very condescending and disrespectful. Basically I am a woman and know nothing despite my own training and multiple opinions. It also appears they put a tracking device in this car even though I paid cash. I have the title, it is in my name and not financed yet still has GPS! I can already tell you what their response will be "you didn't buy the warranty and we were trying to 'do you a favor' by offering to fix it, you were being difficult, you should have called and your email must have went to junk and we don't check the junk, etc". I did and they ignored me. He knew I was vulnerable, having surgery and needed a car fast. My hand was in a cast and I was dumb enough to over share my situation. I was already being ignored by them and just trying to heal. All he had to do was pay to tow it and fix it or reimburse me for the repairs to "make it right". Now I am in $13k on an $8k vehicle and have been without it 10 of the 35 days I have owned it. I will be filing a report on these guys. Such a shame because I didn't judge the book by its cover and should have. Just run!
