I literally just put down on a vw jetty from him and yesterday the water pump busted, made me call the wrecker to have them pick up the car. He said it's not fixed by the morning then I will give you a loaner car. I called him around 1p.m . Next day trying to be patient give him time to work on the car and wait for a call. So at 1 he tells me it's not ready yet maybe 2,3 hrs. 4:30p.m. still no word so I call because they close at 5. No answer I call again no answer I called several times he kept answering and hanging up the phone. He finally answered after like the 5th or 6th call just to tell me won't be ready till Monday morning. I asked what happened with the loaner, why haven't you called me to update me or let me know. I am w/o a vehicle, his response was I'm already out of the office I can't do nothing about it right now, you should of called me earlier.... wait, what?? I did call you you said 2-3hrs. He said it's ok don't worry about it I take care of you Monday morning...

Does not even deserve one star-like everybody said he'll rip you off. It is mecheric Instead of putting the ride halogen bulbs in the headlights , he cuts the connector off of the car to change it over to LED Add the basil, we'll not focus right with l.E!D, so now we have to rewire the front of the car.Stay away , don't drink the cold aid

Here with Harry who is the manager, awesome experience I was needing something reliable and he has it all here. I am driving home today in a 2010 Nissan Altima and it smells and looks like new. Great deals, I’ve shopped around for months and came to Apple Motor company and now leaving satisfied!!!!!!
