The 50.40MM collar opening creates a firm hold on any standard OIympic barbell, and the plates’ thin-cut width enables a higher loading capacity. Sold in pairs or in sets up to 320LB, this version of our LB Training Plates is finished in black with bright, color-coded lettering (full color LB Plates sold separately). The average Shore A durometer for these bumpers is 90, making them ideally suited to the demands of the serious Oly lifter. Expect a consistent dead blow with minimal bounce, even on high impact drops. Rogue guarantees that our LB Training Bumpers are within 15 grams of their claimed weight.
