This was part of a pallet purchase and is new in open box. You will receive this item fully assembled. This treadmill is non-electric but its surprising a very smooth walk. All functions on the treadmill have been tested and they work as designed. All of the original content is accounted for except for the owner's manual. The only cosmetic flaw is the plastic cover for the fly wheel is cracked but it has no impact on the functionality of the treadmill. Please refer to the last picture posted for details. The running belt has been aligned and lubricated so its ready to use immediately. You will receive everything pictured except for the box and packing material. Item is sold on Amazon if you need additional product information. Retail price is $199.99.
