This bed has had a 3 inch mattress topper on it the whole time and is 2 years old. It medium firm so I chose the topper to have it be softer. I dont smoke or have pets. The bed has no stains and looks new. Whats included (take or leave any items and the price is the same): -Cal King 12in memory foam mattress -Cal King box frame -Down blanket and a lighter blanket -Mattress topper -Cool sheets (bamboo I think?) However I used product on my face for acne that bleached it -Spare pillow cases
