2007 AmeraCamp Summit Ridge fifth wheel Rv. Used 8 months for “boondocking” between selling/buying homes. Great camper in great condition! Very well maintained and cared for by us and the previous owners. New leather dual reclining entertainment seats, new fridge (electric) A/C cleaned and in perfect condition. Everything resealed last fall. Also available is a temporary above ground septic tank for convenience. Easily pumped by a porta-potty company. Depending on usage, it lasted us about 3 months/$200 to pump. Washer/dryer hook ups. I can take it off the price if you don’t want it ($1k) New mattress (not pictured) and also the dining chairs are not pictured. We just have to put them back in. Lots of accessories like water filters and brand new “sidewinder” included. Roku mounted tv and I also have a hotspot available for purchase with your own service ($250). It only needs a new awning and she’s ready for the next adventure! Will consider all offers!
