I went to look for a family car and had gone to a different dealer that had told me they had the suv we wanted to look at, to only drive 45 min away and find out they sold the car a day before which really bummed us the fact nobody communicated with each other I looked up Desert Dream which was our second choice and Lucia along with her husband where amazing nice to see us since it was a Sunday on appointment only but they open their door for us and gave us the best experience to buying our car and drive away feeling so happy we finally got out family vehicle and they really helped us out with finding right price and friendly service! Coming to Desert Dream Auto Sales was a breath of fresh air compared to corporate dealerships. The entire experience was no pressure. One thing that stood out to me was the selection of cars. All of them impeccably clean and without defect. I went to LHN in Riverview and test drove a maxima with a huge rip in the seat and the sunroof was on the verge of breaking. Not here, you can tell Alex takes pride in his inventory. They are a family operated company. After the test drive I was given a card to connect with his wife Luciana. Buying a new car can be stressful as a single woman but she made it so easy to make this purchase. They were open to negotiate and I truly felt like I got a fair deal that I was content with. I was able to get everything set up and done so that when I picked up the car just a few quick signatures and on my way. I probably spent lead than an hour there total from the start of the test drive to getting the keys which is appreciated as a mother with a busy lifestyle. I never thought I would give a used car dealership a five star review. And if I could, I would give them 10 stars! After an accident that totaled our jeep and left me too traumatized to drive, we had to start looking for a new jeep. Shady salesman at other dealerships only added to my anxiety. From the moment we arrived at Desert Dream, I knew this experience was going to be different. Luciana welcomed us with an understanding heart and open arms. She acknowledged me and my anxiety when other salesman in the past had dismissed me and only spoke to my husband. She listened to us and our needs. After test driving one vehicle that wasn’t going to work for our needs, her husband and mechanic, recommended a new jeep that they just got in. They were honest and upfront with some of the issues the Jeep had and promise to get them fixed. after a week of waiting the jeep was repaired above and beyond our expectations! Their prices are more than fair, and we walked away with not only a new Jeep, but new friends! We are so grateful.
