Description

Update: You choose between dirt or street tires. 100% working with GOOD batteries that hold a COMPLETE charge. Feel free to try it before you buy it. Batteries are the most expensive part of these bikes and the first things to usually fail. Beware when buying an electric dirt bike on Craigslist. Most have bad batteries and most sellers conveniently fail to mention it or flat out don't tell the truth.  I completely went through this bike and made sure every electrical and moving part is 100%. The bike has been upgraded as follows: 1) 750 Watt motor from TNC Scooters $119 2) LB37 Controller from TNC Scooters $50 3) Rebel Gears Custom 90 Tooth Sprocket $80 4) Heavy Duty 30 Amp On/Off Switch $10 5) 4 Matching Batteries for 48 Volts Total $100 6) Misc wiring, connectors, fuses, fuse holders. Around $20 7) 48 Volt Charger from TNC Scooters $80 About the modification: First, and probably most important, the modifications were done correctly using proper sizes of wires, fuses and switches. You should not do these modifications and then use the stock electrical systems. You will only have trouble with heat, blown fuses and can actually cause a fire. The bike was driven by my son for 2 years and it never heated up or broke down not one single time. EVERYTHING is properly mounted and nothing is half-assed. I'm meticulous and that's just the way I do things. The modification changes the bike into a 48 Volt (Instead of stock 36 volt) and 750Watt (Instead of stock 500 watt) machine. It will get up to about 25 MPH (instead of stock 15 mph) depending on weight of rider and terrain. It pulls me (185 LBS) with no problem whatsoever. Even on inclines it accelerates with no drag. This is due to more torque from custom sprocket. Run time is an easy 40 minutes...
