Please note, the rocking feature is t currently working, but it may be an easy fix. This SNOO was very helpful to our family. Our baby girl was not a good sleeper, and this really helped us get a little more sleep. She is our fourth child, and we have tried all kinds of sleep solutions, and I can highly recommend the SNOO. Around the time our baby girl was starting to grown out of the SNOO and move to the crib, this SNOO stopped working. I honestly haven’t had the time to even look at it to see what needs to be fixed. It could be a super quick fix or may need to actually be refurbished. I’m selling it at a very low price to allow for that. Even without the rocking feature, this is a very nice bassinet.
