I purchased a vehicle from this dealership approximately two and a half months ago with the expectation that it was reliable and safe for daily use. Unfortunately, within a very short period of ownership, both the engine and transmission failed.

Major mechanical components such as an engine and transmission should not fail this quickly under normal driving conditions. This has created significant financial strain and inconvenience, especially considering the purchase was made in good faith.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the vehicle and the lack of durability so soon after purchase. Buyers trust dealerships to sell dependable vehicles or to be transparent about potential mechanical risks. My experience did not reflect that standard.

I strongly encourage future customers to have any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing and to thoroughly review warranty coverage and protections. This has been the worst purchase I’ve ever made in my life I feel like I’ve been scammed . And now I’ve been without a car for 4 months contacted the dealership and they honestly don’t care PLEASE BE CAREFUL PURCHASING FROM YOUR CHOICE AUTO

I purchased a used car from Your Choice Auto Sales, and my experience has been extremely disappointing and you need to BEWARE. Shortly after buying the car (81 DAYS), it began having serious mechanical issues. I had to take it to a private shop who inspected and gave evidence that these issues were present before purchase and it was a dishonest sale and FRAUD.The car required a full new engine, transmission, turbocharger, and additional repairs — costing more than the car itself.

I contacted the dealership multiple times and even sent a formal demand letter, but I have received no meaningful response or assistance. The car is still in the shop and undrivable, and despite reporting the issue to the BBB, the dealer has ignored the situation. I will be moving on to legal next steps to get a resolution. I would not recommend this dealership — buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  0/10
