Great experience. Kendall is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He will answer any question you have and will go out of his way to respond in a timely manner. There is always a risk in buying a used car, when you go through Bruns Motors you really get the feeling he wants to sell you a good car.

Went up last week to check out an F350 Kendal had for sale. It was the cheapest v10 I could find and online seemed as though it was in great condition. We got there right around closing (sorry about that Kendal!) and gave him a call. He came right over and let us take a look at the truck.

We went on a test drive and it was very low pressure. He gave me a couple different routes I could take depending on how long I wanted to drive the truck which was nice. We decided on getting it and went over to his office to complete the purchase.

The price was already amazing and we had been pre approved by navy fed for more than the value of the truck already and the whole purchase process was very easy and transparent. We opted to buy the two day return policy in case the truck had any major issues so we could have a mechanic check it out but didn't wind up using it as the truck is in great condition even with 150k miles.

It does need some maintenance like a coolant flush, a break flush, new breaks and new wheels but it's nothing major and we are very happy with the purchase. Thanks Kendal for making our first time buying a used car easy and pain free! This is the first place I'll look for a car if I need one and I'll recommend Bruns to any friends or family that are looking to buy a car.
