Possibly originally from a World War II ship, two drawers and storage space with shelf access by door. Bar can be placed over drawers and door to prevent accidental opening when ship pitches. Colombian vice is bolted to iron plate at one corner and black and decker grinder is bolted and other corner. Wood wheels are probably intended to prevent electric charge buildup problems.
