Outback Camp Conversion Kit

Hi! Sadly selling our amazing Subaru Outback camp conversion platform. We have a baby now, so no longer just the two of us! Saving up for a real camper, but this sweet little kit is ready to go to a new home just in time for fall adventures! The platform was constructed out of 1” plywood and then upholstered with carpet. We followed a blog post on Erin Outdoors (Google Subaru Outback camper conversion and it is one of the first links). It was awesome to use while we had it- 6 inches of storage space beneath the platform, which fit tons of Tupperware containers, camp chairs, gear and our water tank. For sleeping, we purchased the Exped Megamat (which we are keeping because we like it so much) but you could just use sleeping pads. Our Subaru is a 2013, but I think it would likely fit other years! Dimensions of the platform are: 68” length with hinge component up/74” length with hinge down - width of trunk component is 42.5” - width of backseat component is 46.5” (see pictures). I am 5’11” and my partner is 5’8” and we both fit just fine! Could use a real vacuum rather than our handheld vacuum - you can see a bit of stubborn Alvord Desert sand on it, but hey it’s a camper. So bummed to say goodbye to this piece, but hoping someone else can enjoy it and take it to see some new places. Happy to get on the phone with potential buyer.
