This is a really nice well structured very sturdy glider that also reclines by moving the hand rest ....greaT for a nursing mother, your parents, heck any age..great to be comfortable in..the cushions have been washed on the chair but not the footstool which Glides as well with your motion that would probably most likely be recovered or even scrubbed but overall even without the cushions this is a beautiful structured piece and for $45 I think a wonderful I vestment and it is very very comfortable. please come check it out thank you Nick Semper Fi Key word NICNAX
