My husband left really happy. We had a great experience. Though the space is small and it was frustrating to park, we left with a car for my husband. He said it's exactly what he was looking for and the price was really good. When it came to financing, they did everything they could to get us approved. Benni even went out of his way and called a loan officer personally. The whole process was fast, professional and personable.
Joe even noticed my car had some small dings and paint from years of wear and tear, and cleaned it up a little for me.
All and all, highly recommend coming here for a vehicle. We will possibly be back when it's time for me to get another car!

I’m in my second week of driving the Subaru Impreza I bought here—and it’s been amazing! Benni was incredibly nice and cordial, and I seriously got the best deal on this model year with this low mileage. I’ve had no issues with the car, and it’s been exactly as I expected it to be. Highly, highly recommend coming here!

For starters, I called ahead to inquire about the 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser asking if I could come by to take a look at it. Joe said “sure come on down!” When arrived the FJ was tucked in the corner of the jam packed car lot & not accessible to take out of the lot for a test drive anytime soon. It was late in the day so I said that I would come back tomorrow. Joe said that he would have the car available, cleaned up & ready for me when I come back the next day. Ok, so I come back the next day & the car is still in the same place deep into the corner of the lot. Also Joe was not there & so I had to share my disappointment with Ben. Ben then called Joe & Joe said he would soon come down to the lot to “take care of me”. Ok so I say that I will go down the street to get some dinner & will be back & hopefully the car will be ready for a test drive by the time I get back. I get back & Joe is half assedly just starting to wipe down the car. So I take it for a spin & everything seemed fine. I get back & the salesmanship was on full, telling me how great the FJ Cruiser was & how much I would love it. I told him I had to go because it was another late day at my job & needed to come back the next day. He begrudgingly seen me off that evening and I trustingly came back the next day to most likely buy the car.
Again, Joe said he would actually have the car washed & detailed before I arrived. Well it wasn’t. There was no attempt & when I asked why it wasn’t he said that he didn’t say he would, well not at his expense, which was a bunch of BS. At that point I should have just walked away but didn’t. I had found myself liking the FJ enough to trustingly give Joe a deposit with the instruction of him in agreement to actually wash the exterior & detail the interior, especially the filthy headliner. Did I mention that the interior was filthy? When I came back to buy the car the only thing that was done was a mild cleaning of the headliner. I still went through with the deal, and also without having the FJ checked out by a mechanic.
HUGE MISTAKE!
I was fine with the wheels unbalanced & them needing an alignment but definitely not ok to find out what I really bought.
So I bring it to my mechanic & he says that I paid way too much for the FJ, Like $6000 too much! My stomach went sour & the mechanic went down the list of necessary repairs.
Mind you the car does have 150,000 miles on it
& paid $16,000 for it
In the 150,000 miles the transmission had likely never been serviced, brake rotors were damaged/cracked, shocks were still the originals, & to top it off the catalytic converters were badly clogged & need to be replaced & the FJ has 4 of them.
Apparently the guys at Best Auto reset the dashboard lights/codes that came on shortly after I purchased the car.
So yeah, please don’t buy a car from Best Auto & if you do, don’t buy it without getting the car thoroughly checked out by a good mechanic.

These guys are awesome! Got a 2007 Honda Odyssey for $4K, 182K on the clock he’s only added about a Grand  more but the car was in excellent condition and is mechanically sound. Great customer service Best used car dealership I have found!
