I have bought two cars from Manny. He is a great person. Honestly and careful. He will help you find the right car, secure financing, and makes the process smooth and thoughtful. I am glad I saw his car lot while driving on El Camino, it is very centrally located and there is a wide selection. You get a fair price and get to work with a good person, would highly recommend his business when looking for a car.

Trax Auto supplied one of the best car buying experiences I have had in 57 years. The first person we spoke with, Chris, was incredibly friendly and helpful...then we had the pleasure of meeting (and working with) Manny, who was absolutely wonderful. Transparent, armed with information, and willing to answer any question whatsoever, there was an honesty and integrity in our transaction which I can only say is a huge rarity these days. He is a man of his word, and I could sense the personal pride he has in his business. Manny would simply not want an unsatisified customer, you sense it would personally hurt him. In my case, I can say that not only was I wholly satisfied, I actually ENJOYED the entire process. I feel very grateful to have come across Trax Auto, and Manny, and feel wholly justified in spreading that good fortune to others.

I purchased a car two years ago from Trax… Manny in particular and the transaction went relatively smooth, but I’ve asked for paperwork from him subsequently and he’s very resistant to give that to me. Not quite sure why but this being the second car I bought from him I’m quite surprised.

Additionally, they sold me a car warranty that is worthless for almost $2500. Turns out the warranty covers basically nothing.

I really can’t recommend doing business with Trax.

In response to Trax.  You guys sold a horrible product for top dollar. You made significant income from this and I suspect your found out it was a bad product hence you not carrying it any longer. I have to stick by my rating as you really should have vetted the product you were selling to verify they were an honorable company. This is why used car dealers get such a bad reputation. They prey on buyers and don't backup the product. My son is now paying off $4k of loan, $2300 of which is the totally useless warranty you sold us with assurances they would cover internal engine components which they definitely do everything in their power to NOT cover.

It's bad business at his expense.

Just a suggestion, you may want to vet the warranty companies you are dealing with...this one is a schlep house.
