Found this dealer on google for a van for my grandma who needed a car. Kaine reached out right away and got car ready. The car was so clean and drove well! Thank you so much for your help. My husband said Richard was very nice! Thank you for making process fast and easy for us. She is so excited to finally have a vehicle.

One week update, car has had many issues so very disappointed. We have spent a lot of money on it to be fixed just 5 days in. When I first called they said they did inspection. But at this point so many things needed to be replaced that I am unsure they did.

2nd week update. Went to a Kia dealership and got evaluated after leaks continued. Said engine head gasket is failing and 12k to fix. This dealer sold us a bad vehicle. We have asked to return and is slow to action.

Week 5 update, dealer replaced engine at no additional costs and has since worked good no leaks

I am so happy with my experience at this place. Martin really did the damn thing helping me out to his best abilities.. side note he deserves a raise.. really though I would recommend all my friends and family here. I have been stressing about this  processes because I was not planning on needing a new vehicle but sometimes the lord has a way of doing things that put u in spots u dont want to be and this process was pretty painless. Thank you martin and the team for making my life easier.  🙏

Richard is a horrible person. He pretends to be nice it's all lies. We signed a contract and When the vehicle needed fixed he charged us for the towing and did not mention any charge beforehand. Also when asked when the vehicle would get fixed after vehicle was taken to the dealership instead of the mechanic shop he said oh they'll get to it next week. My husband and I walked in the sun back and forth to work and for him to cancel the contract because he doesn't want to get the vehicle fixed when the ac was literally pouring water inside the passenger side of the 2013 Ford edge that he put back so someone can purchase it that way is so heartless. We were extremely nice and that was a horrible thing he did to us by canceling the contract when we were approved. It's like giving a gift and then taking it back. I liked the vehicle so much and I hope whoever reads this will turn away and not go here. If I could I wouldn't give him any stars. He was horrible and so mean.

I bought a Chrysler from them price was very reasonable for age and mileage. Richard allowed me to take the vehicle to a third party mechanic to have it inspected and that really put my mind at ease before I bought it. The team also met with me three times, negotiated, and fixed minor cosmetic issues on the car before I bought. Thank you it's a very cute car. If they have a car I wanted to buy, I would buy again from this dealer. only waiting for title and plates ATM
