2003 Mountain Aire By Newmar, RV

It's a W22 Workhorse Custom Chasis, as well. It's 36' long, in great condition, starts up first try, has cold A/C, everything in/on it works. It's only got 73k miles on it. Interior is immaculate. No rips in seats, tears in carpet, holes in furniture, everything is pristine. It's got a new battery. Lots of options. You really have to come see it for yourself to appreciate it. The minor things are: The metal roll out sunshade/awning for when you're parked isn't rolled up exactly right, but with 2-3 people doing it, it could be done right. As it is, it's secure, just not perfect. The fabric awnings over the extensions are worn out from weather, as pictured. At least 1 tire is a little dryed out from sitting in the Sun, but still holding air, and has good tread. Lastly, as you can see in pics, some of the paint, in a few places, has chipped away from the Sun. Also, the dash indicates it needs an oil change, but we plan on getting that done before we sell it. The oil in there looks fine and doesn't have that many miles used with it; but time wise, the computer thinks it's time for an oil change. Overall, a beautiful RV and a great deal at $25,000.00.
